Privacy Policy & Terms of Use
Last updated: September 23, 2026
The short version: Your CRM records are stored in your own browser or Google Drive, not in a database we run. Contact and host inquiries are different: the details you submit are emailed to us and land in our inbox. Optional address lookup also sends the addresses you choose to a mapping service. The details are below.
What Data We Collect
We do not operate a server-side account system or database for your CRM records. If you send a contact or host inquiry, we receive the details you enter in our email inbox via Cloudflare Workers. The site's hosting and network providers handle infrastructure-level traffic data; Cloudflare provides aggregate traffic analytics. CRM storage, optional mapping, and contact-email handling are separate paths, described below.
The Lead-o-Tron CRM & Google Drive
If you use the Lead-o-Tron CRM and choose to sign in with Google, the app requests access to Google Drive with the drive.file scope. This means:
- The app can only see files it created, not your other Drive files.
- Your CRM data is stored as a single JSON file in your Google Drive account.
- We cannot read it, modify it, or access it. It is yours.
- You can delete it from Drive at any time and it's gone.
If you don't sign in with Google, your CRM records are stored in your browser's localStorage. You control exports, backups, and deletion. Optional address lookup sends the addresses you choose to the mapping service described below.
Third Parties
The only third parties involved in the CRM's Drive sync are Google (OAuth + Drive API). Google's own privacy policy governs how Google handles your authentication and Drive data. We have no relationship with that data. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, with Cloudflare providing DNS and sitting in front of the domain; their respective policies apply to infrastructure-level data. If you use the optional route finder, the venue addresses you ask it to map (only the addresses, and only when you use it) are sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to look up their coordinates.
Contact Forms
If you fill out a contact or host interest form on this site, that information is emailed directly to us via Cloudflare Workers. Nothing is stored in a database. Your submission lands in our inbox, and we acknowledge that's still your data sitting on our end. We don't know how to make a contact form work without that tradeoff. That's why this policy exists, and why the forms tell you upfront: only share what you're comfortable sitting in our inbox. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything else.
Client Intake Form
The online client intake at /intake works the same way, with more sensitive contents: the health history, body-map marks, and typed signature you submit are emailed to Alex, the licensed therapist, via a Cloudflare Worker, along with the time, IP address, and device that signed the consent. Nothing is stored on the website or in a database. The email is the record, kept confidential and used only to provide and coordinate your care. If you would rather not send it online, the printable version never leaves paper. If you tap Speak to dictate an answer, the dictation is processed by your browser's own speech service (on Chrome and Android that is Google's; on iPhone, Apple's) and the form only receives the text.
Terms of Use
This site and the Lead-o-Tron CRM are offered in the spirit of mutual aid: freely, without warranty, and without restriction. The source code is public. Fork it, adapt it, use it for your community.
Use at your own risk. This is not commercial software. It is not maintained by a company. It is built and maintained by one person doing mutual aid massage work in Georgia. If something breaks, we'll fix it when we can. If you need guarantees, you need different software.
Don't use this to harm people. Don't use it to collect data on people without their knowledge.
The People's Elbow Unlicense: This is public infrastructure for community use. Take it. The data you put into it is yours. The code is yours. If you steal this and make something good with it, that's the whole point. Legally, the code is released under the 0BSD license -- do anything, no attribution required, no strings.
All the code that makes up the CRM and the rest of this website is at github.com/degenai/peoples-elbow. Point an AI at it and ask: IS THE PEOPLE'S ELBOW STEALING MY DATA??
